Why should I join a smallGROUPs?

Lakeview Small GROUPS are all about… inspiring, life-changing community.  Our lives are meant to be shared.  God wants us to experience our lives together.  The Bible calls this fellowship. Real fellowship is much more than just showing up for Church on Sunday morning.  It is all about experiencing life together.  It includes unselfish loving, honest sharing, practical serving, sacrificial giving, sympathetic comforting, and more “one another” experiences.  When it comes to fellowship, size matters – smaller is better.  That’s why at Lakeview, we encourage you to get involved in a smallGROUPs.  It doesn’t matter where you are in life, there’s something at Lakeview for everybody!

  • smallGROUPS meet in eight week sessions - four times a year.
  • The number of members usually varies from 12 - 25.
  • In the five week interval between group sessions we have regular church services on Wednesday nights.
  • smallGROUPS offer life-changing topics, the opportunity to develop close friendships and the flexibility of meeting on campus or in individual homes.
  • Childcare is provided at the church.
  • Check the “Newsflash” scroller on the website for current information.
